25th says no such thing. If Jill counterfeits a letter from Joe saying he contests the application of the 25th, then the house and Senate have to vote by 2/3 majorities to remove him or the vegetable stays. I know there are a lot of RINOs itching to let the Dems off the hook here and steal defeat from the jaws of victory, but still it’s a large uphill clime.

The 25A can quickly remove a president from power. But as Andy noted in post #16, the removal can then be contested by the president. It’s actually easier to permanently remove a president by impeachment than it is by the 25A.
Suppose the entire 25th Amendment works, including the protest letter from Joe and a 2/3 vote of the house and senate.
If that happens, Biden would no longer be president but he would STILL be the Democrat nominee! Unless he voluntarily withdraws, it seems that they are stuck.
