The 25A can quickly remove a president from power. But as Andy noted in post #16, the removal can then be contested by the president. It’s actually easier to permanently remove a president by impeachment than it is by the 25A.

Yes impeachment only needs a majority of the house to indict and then 2/3 of just the Senate to convict. I would make no prediciton about what our RINOs would do, but I would not want to vote to make the mess the democratic elders have made for themselves easy for them to clean up. Look at what they have done to the rest of us.

But impeachment applies to high crimes and misdemeanors, not to being mentally incompetent and a political liability. What would the impeachment charge be?

The moment the real president transmits the letter to Congress contesting a 245h Ammendment action he is again president and only ceases to be president by a 2/3 vote of both houses.
