Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas, Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Kristie Canegallo, and the leaders of the DHS agencies and offices with law enforcement responsibilities jointly released the following statement regarding recent comments questioning the presence of women in law enforcement.
“In the days following the attempted assassination of former President Trump, some people have made public statements questioning the presence of women in law enforcement, including in the United States Secret Service.
“These assertions are baseless and insulting.
“Every single day, in communities big and small across our great country, women are serving in federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and campus law enforcement. They are highly trained and skilled professionals, who risk their lives on the front lines for the safety and security of others. They are brave and selfless patriots who deserve our gratitude and respect.
“We in the United States Department of Homeland Security — the largest law enforcement organization in the federal government — will, with great pride, focus, and devotion to mission, continue to recruit, retain, and elevate women in our law enforcement ranks. Our Department will be the better for it, and our country more secure.”

Then why weren’t they put on jill that day?
The criminal Mayorkas was part of the assassination plot.
“You’re sexists if you criticize the SS for it’s performance in Butler.”
Won’t work.
Morons. The complaint is not about women in law enforcement. The complaint is about the Secret Service assigning agents to President Trump’s security detail who are significantly shorter than he is; who are clearly fat; who have demonstrated lac firearms discipline; who demonstrated a lack of confidence and knowledge of how to react in an active shooter incident... it’s a long list.
They reacted quicker to this than Trump almost getting his head blown off..yeah I have nothing against female cops, but when you see one who can’t put the damn gun in her holster you have a problem
Yes. He probably instigated it.
yeah no sh*t !
lac should have been lax.
Yeah, the short chubby gal really looked it
Mayorkas: “We in the US Dept of Homeland Security — the largest law enforcement organization in the federal government — will, with great pride, focus, and devotion to mission, continue to recruit, retain, and elevate women in our law enforcement ranks. Our Department will be the better for it, and our country more secure.”
Yeah, sure .....dont make me laugh,
That’s why Trump was more secure on the day he was shot.
Why, again, do we have a Cuban communist as the head of our “Homeland Security”?
Height matters.
You can’t make up for that with skill or bravery.
And in every single instance men are bigger, stronger and faster.
He is comparing general law enforcement to the Secret Service. There is NO comparison.
An empty statement from DHS.
THE STATEMENT OMITS THE WORD.....TRAINING
Can we or must we be satisfied with the gibberish, “recruit, retain and elevate women in our law enforcement ranks?”
TRAIN BABY TRAIN THEN REINFORCE TRAINING!
THAT’S THE TICKET!
Many posters here complained about having women apart of the detail that day.
The video highlighting the female fumbling with her pistol will remain
testament contrary to these opinionated blowhards.
Some interesting numbers are coming out of the Trump shooting debacle.
We discover there are 7100 Secret Service Special agents and 2800 Task Force Officers, plus Uniformed Division officers, Technical Law Enforcement officers, and administrative, professional, and technical personnel on the tax-paid govt payroll. Complete with perks, privileges, bonuses, and pensions.
Mayorkas’ Homeland Security Investigations division has over 9,800 Special Agents and tactical officers on the tax-paid govt payroll. Complete With perks privileges bonuses and pensions.
As of May 23, 2023, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had some 10,100 special agents and approximately 35,000 support professionals: intelligence analysts, language specialists, scientists, and information technology specialists.
The Joint Chiefs of Staff is comprised of nearly 2,000 civilians and service members from the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, National Guard and Coast Guard—over 800 are civil servants on the govt payroll.
The Dept of Homeland Security has more than 260,000 employees in jobs that range from aviation and border security to emergency response, from cybersecurity analyst to chemical facility inspector on the govt payroll as of Jun 11, 2024
That all sounds alarmingly suspicious——like the age-old scam of putting phantom names on the payroll with the attendant eye-popping financial windfall, ending with several govt pensions for whoever’s cashing in.
Let’s get Congress to check it out.

Let all the women law enforcement protect the libs. Maybe they can learn how to define a woman.
