Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk posted X earlier Friday that CrowdStrike (NASDAQ:CRWD) has been “deleted from all our systems, so no rollouts at all.”
However, according to several sources cited by Business Insider, Tesla (TSLA) sent some of its employees working the night shift at its Austin, Texas and Sparks, Nevada factories home early after the outage resulted in error messages on some of the facilities' machinery.
The carmaker sent its staff a notice early Friday morning that its systems had been impacted by a "Windows Host Outage" across its IT platform.
A glitch caused by an update of CrowdStrike’s (CRWD) cybersecurity platform Falcon Sensor triggered a major global outage for many Microsoft (MSFT) cloud services, impacting multiple industry sectors. Services were interrupted across airlines, banks, hospitals, and broadcast media.

I don’t use any security software. Doing all my financial transactions since 1995 on line without a single problem. My browsing computer works faster without any security software. I use a decond cheap used laptop for my financial transactions, and never access any other web sites except the 4 sites where my money is. No downloads, no emails, no surfing the net on that laptop. No issues at all and both PC’s run faster.

Yes, CrowdStrike is not at all what it claims to be. Or rather, it’s much more. Their name has come up in past incidents . . . then quickly dropped.
That’s fine and dandy, but it was a DDoS attack.
Its been reported the Bushs’, Cheneys’ Soros’ shorted millions of shares of Trump associated stocks a day or so before Trump’s episode at the RNC.

I’m surprised he uses much MS-Windows at all. Linux running the X-Window manager would seem to be more apropos, especially since he directly ripped off their logo.
