Trump had to be have turned his head about 100° CW (3:20 o'clock direction) from front & center of the stage for the shot from the bear-crawler's position to graze by his temple and through the upper lobe of his ear. That's about right from the diagram in the link below.
If the screen he was looking at was above the bleachers on his right, at almost 4:00 o'clock direction, Trump's eyes would have been looking just slightly to the right. That all seems correct for the temple & ear to line up with the bear crawler's position.
What about the hypothesis of two shooters - one in the second floor room with a window? For Crooks to get shots 1 - 3 off within just a few seconds of sweeping the police officer with his muzzle seems pretty quick.
Thinking a more professional sharpshooter got the first 3 off - then Crooks sprayed 4 - 8. 9 was suppressed and was the kill shot from the CST.
In that diagram from GE, there should be a third victim in the lower (southern) bleacher at the SE corner of the bleacher at the top row.
I have no idea when he was shot - I may have missed it as I was scrolling through the video of the sound analysis. But that guy surmises it was on the shot that hit Trump. If so, that would indicate a rising shot, with the shooter below Trump’s ear.

A quick look at the Google Earth elevations. The building roofs don’t seem to show up which is odd. The parking lot by the shooter’s building is about elev. 1330’. Add 10’ for his position on the roof (estimated using the door, ~7’ tall) as a reference, so shooter at about 1340’ elev.
The ground where Trump was standing is at about 1339 ft. Add 3’ for the podium and 6’ to Trump’s ear is 1348 feet. So that would be a rising shot. However, if that one image with the line is actually the bullet - that would seem to be more horizontal.
Hmm - so 8’ taller than the shooter. So perhaps from the window of the 2-story building just northwest of the building? But then the azimuth’s would seem to be wrong to hit the three other people. And the hose for the equipment to the south.
I don’t know. It all is so complicated, lets just go with the one-shooter theory. That is so much easier.
