A wild conspiracy theory about the woman who was acting strangely behind Donald Trump as he was shot has been condemned.
The woman sparked suspicion over her bizarrely-relaxed behavior after she failed to flinch and even pulled out her phone as shots rang out at the Pennsylvania rally last week.
Footage of the moment prompted widespread speculation.
An outlandish conspiracy theory has since emerged claiming that the woman was FBI assistant director Janeen DiGuiseppi - and that she was directing the sniper who almost killed Trump.
They also alleged the woman they claimed as DiGuiseppi gave a nod before gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire.
But both conservatives and liberals have since condemned the theory, which has been debunked by an expert and denied by the FBI itself.
'If you believe the assistant director of the FBI was sitting front row at a Trump rally to “give instructions” to the shooter, you are an absolute moron. Like, next-level stupid,' a Red State journalist known only as Bonchie wrote on X.

IMHO it’s the left trying to say that the right are the real conspiracy theorists of that day, to deflect from the real story being about Trump being shot.
Saw Anita Brodderick suggest it was Janeen Diguiseppi AD of FBI but maybe the lady was just trying for a selfie?
I don’t have reason to believe the woman was Janeen, but I’d like to know what Janeen says...and what the woman says.
FWIW nobody to Trump’s left seems to be doing much of anything, only people on his right.
People are overdoing this guessing game, and that is all this is. A bunch of traumatized, innocent people are going to have unnecessary problems dumped on them as they recover from July 13th 2024.
I don’t know who she is, but she saw the shooter and was hoping to get it all on video.
She had her phone out - videoing Trump, looking over at the shooter, turning the phone to THAT direction.. then back to Trump. She KNEW what was about to happen.
I’m skeptical anyone that high up at the FBI would be involved on the ground. Although, Gotti watched the Castellano hit from down the street so there’s that.

The behavior of the woman is completely different from the rest of people around her. She saw Trump going down, as well as many others, naturally trying to hide from danger. She seems to have nerves of steel or to be totally oblivious to her surroundings. Getting her phone out and starting to make a video is even more bizarre, under circumstances...
I’ve read stuff from so many levels of stupid I don’t know where this would be.
Conspiracy theory YET they ALL turn out to be true!!
We’ve all been lied to over and over and over again by the deep state so people can’t believe anything they’re told. We need to be able to ask questions.... this is a legitimate question.
