If your Windows 10 or 11 computer runs only Windows Defender, you’re not affected. There was a bug in the software update to CrowdStrike Falcon software that caused the Windows crashes.

It would be more accurate to say that a Crowd Strike bug hit Microsoft internet servers.
As far as I know, there is no CrowdStrike bug inside any Windows software.
