Did a 3 letter hacker push the venue on Trump's site planner? Made him think any alternatives being considered weren't the right choice?

As I work out the DHS assassination plot in my head, I'm wondering: how far out in advance does the Trump campaign plan their itinerary? Did the campaign managers even know they would be in Butler, PA four months ago?
