Capistrano school district has been a trash district for a long time. If that was my daughter or granddaughter the principal would be crapping teeth for a year as for the judge his ruling was all over the place.

This shaming of a girl who was obviously saying she loves all her friends of varying skin colors is absolutely sickening.
Even if the girl had done something like bullying a specific person, the response of humiliating her in front of the whole class is not how you do discipline.
I would donate to a GiveSendGo for this little girl just to have the chance to tell her she did nothing wrong, that what she expressed was beautiful and the sane world stands with her.
