> I wonder what would have happened if this 7-year-old had not concisely stated “all[”.<

The message being sent to the little girl and all of the other students is that she should have written “ONLY” before bLM.

Separation of church and state also requires that Jesus Becerra resign immediately. His name is offensive to Muslims and atheists.

>> He then punished B.B. by making her publicly apologize on the playground to her classmates and teachers.

Red Guard struggle session applied to a seven year old girl.

“Hay-Seuss” must be proud.

But King Jesus, who loves the little children, I am certain is not amused.

I would love for this judge and everybody else arguing this to have to admit that they are saying that “Black lives” are not included in “All lives”

THEY are the ones who are singling out Black lives as if they were not included in all of humanity.

Well, if you need widespread racism to support your mewling and whining and there is little or none to be found, you create it.

Capistrano school district has been a trash district for a long time. If that was my daughter or granddaughter the principal would be crapping teeth for a year as for the judge his ruling was all over the place.

What does black lives matter have to do with elementary school students.

This is state-sanctioned racist abuse of a seven year old girl.

This shaming of a girl who was obviously saying she loves all her friends of varying skin colors is absolutely sickening.

Even if the girl had done something like bullying a specific person, the response of humiliating her in front of the whole class is not how you do discipline.

I would donate to a GiveSendGo for this little girl just to have the chance to tell her she did nothing wrong, that what she expressed was beautiful and the sane world stands with her.

I believe that it may be David O. Carter and mistakenly reported as David Card.
Don’t know for sure.

S.F. newspaper reports David CARTER. Daily Mail reports David CARD. I checked u.s. central district judges names...No David CARD...but a David Carter is a judge.
Daily Mail probably wrong.
Judge appointed by Clinton..assumed office 1998. UCLA law graduate 1972. Starting to lose his cookies, no? .probably in mid seventies age wise.
Case needs to be appealed.

Simply put, multi racial societies can not, will not ever work.

Should be a warning to parents. Get out of government schools. If not, do deprogramming on lessons taught in those schools. Sue schools if it can be proven that lies are being taught. Get your money back.

Hope they win. Judge Carter gotta’ retire. Becerra needs to be busted down to non-administrative position. Need to sue for 10 million and start your own homeschool pod.

In Chicago, you would never know that black lives matter to anyone, especially other blacks (with all the black on black crime).

But by all means, let them pretend that their lives actually matter when in fact it is nasty, brutish and short.

Been in CaCaLand for > 30 years. Had bought property in Austin, Tx to move back to when retired. Austin is now blue cra**ole. So, staying put.

Many nice places have been totally corrupted.

Here is a reason. I pay only $3000 per year property taxes on
800K property value.

In Texas I paid $7000 per year property taxes on 279K property value.

Now, do that 23 times for the 23 years I have lived here...

By the way, the owner of my Texas house now pays $12,000 per year.
