Just saw the speech live - she didn't do that at all. She only said she and others disagree with Donald Trump on some things, but you don't have to agree with Donald Trump on everything to vote for Donald Trump. Nowhere did she "spell out her disagreements" with President Trump - on the contrary, the speech focused on the things she *does* agree with him on and why it is important he win the election.
