Scoop: How the DNC plans to run out the clock for Biden
Axios ^ | 7.16.24 | Hans Nichols , Alex Thompson

The Democratic National Committee is quietly steaming ahead with plans to technically nominate President Biden weeks before the party's convention next month, Axios has learned.

Why it matters: It's the latest effort by Biden's team to stamp out the Democratic rebellion that's been pushing for the president to step aside since his bad performance in the June 27 debate.

Once Biden receives votes from a majority of the nearly 4,000 delegates, it will become exceedingly difficult to remove him from atop the Democratic presidential ticket. The DNC's current plan is to train state party chairs next week on how to conduct the electronic voting in a secure way. The window for voting is likely to open on July 29 and conclude by Aug. 5, according to people familiar with the matter.

Biden beat down Obama, Clooney, Hillary and the Dems trying to bounce him due to his dementia and horrid polling.

This is good, Biden/Harris is their weakest ticket.

So the Dems are going to steal an election from themselves.

I am laughing so very hard right now

Biden will go into hiding again. That is all the cabel can do to keep their power.

And Biden keeps talking nonsense in interviews. I wonder if the Dem donors will just stop giving to him and give to their Congressional candidates to try to avoid a complete wipeout.

Biden: "I won with 84,000,000 votes."

DNC: "Mr. President, there were only 4,000 delegates voting..."

Biden: "You are an election denier!"

Why don’t they just use the USPS. We’ve been to it led to the most secure election in our history.

“weakest ticket”

Most Democrats vote for continued cash flow and baby murder, not for good governance.

“I wonder if the Dem donors will just stop giving to him and give to their Congressional candidates to try to avoid a complete wipeout.”

A donation to Biden is an investment in access. Access comes from the many minions under Biden, not from Biden himself. They’ll also likely donate to Republicans, though the same amount of money doesn’t buy the same level of graft. Graft is dollar for payback much more efficient under a Democrat.

Once Biden receives votes from a majority of the nearly 4,000 delegates>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If they can pull that off. There is a move afoot to unbind the delegates in several states so they can vote their conscience.

The Democrats are not looking very Democratic these days.

I may be wrong, but if Biden steps down before being officially nominated, it’s an open convention. If he steps down after nominated, select party leaders chose replacement. Might that be what they want?

“electronic voting in a secure way”

Have each DNC voter buy a $10 Biden, Harris, Newsom, Whitmer or Shapiro second/third/fourth round ticket on DNC.com with a credit or debit card. The card company knows the name and address of the credit card person and allows a web merchant to verify it. When the voting is done, the credit card can be credited back.

“I wonder if the Dem donors will just stop giving to him and give to their Congressional candidates to try to avoid a complete wipeout.”

“These are lifelong Democrats who want to support the Democratic ticket. They do want the strongest Democratic ticket, and right now, they don’t think that’s Joe Biden. But it’s unlikely that they start donating against their main party. Maybe some of them hold back their money. Maybe others focus down ballot and say, we’ll at least Congress, Senate races, as well.”

From March:

“The hourslong event has different tiers of access depending on donors’ generosity. The centerpiece is an onstage conversation with the three presidents, moderated by late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert.”

“More money gets donors more intimate time with the presidents. A photo with all three is $100,000. A donation of $250,000 earns donors access to one reception...”

Campaign finance law is a sad joke. The Supreme Court should void it in its entirety.

Agreed, the general public is not on even footing and should be.

Deep State moles in the Secret Service have a solution for that problem.

Why not have the delegates vote via the drop off ballot boxes? USPS delivery with after hours ballot counting.
And why can’t non-delegates vote? That’s voter suppression and intimidation.
