I like JD. I liked the movie about him “Hillbilly Effigy” before I even knew who he was.
He’s very well spoken. Maybe he’ll go after China, cartels, etc., and clean up the drug problem.
Glad to see Tiffany there with her brothers as Florida electors gave Trump official nomination.
I was asked to represent California at the RNC convention, for Gearge W. But I bowed out due to expense and timing. Then I was invited to W’s inaugural ball. I s/h gone, but the expense and timing again. At the time none of my kids/grands lived close by so I saved money and vacation time to see them.
Watching this is fun!

Vicki Drummond was elected as the National Committeewoman from Alabama in February 2012.
She earned her B.S., M.A. and Ed. S. at the University of Alabama.
Her political activities consist of serving as a Delegate/Alternate Delegate to the 1988, 2004, 2008, and 2012 Republican National Conventions and she was elected as a member of the Platform Committee in 1988. She served on the NFRW Nominating Committee, was an NFRW National Chaplain and the Vice-Chairman of the Fundraising Committee.
As a member of the Alabama Republican Party, Drummond has been on the Steering Committee as well as the Chairman of Congressional District 4.
Drummond is also involved in her community, as a member of the Heritage Foundation President’s Club, the Alabama Policy Institute, the National Rifle Association, etc. She served on Governor Robert Bentley’s Transition Team in 2010 and was appointed to the Alabama Constitution Revision Committee.
Drummond resides in Jasper, AL and she and her husband have two adult sons, Matthew (Jamie) and Michael (Lee), and two granddaughters.
She really is.
It’s so nice watching these normal, patriotic Americans. The Dem convention will be an America hating freak show.

Perhaps you two will be interested in something very much related that happened recently along my study adventures. (It's not a long story.)
I'm a visual person and am always looking at words and images -- I just never know what might pop out. On Friday the 12th, I was prompted to look at this phrase from the beginning of time (typed in all caps because it's easier to spot things):
LET THERE BE LIGHT
I thought, oh I'll just shove all the letters together (a speed of light kind of analog?):
LETTHEREBELIGHT
What jumped out was a respacing as
LET THE REBEL IGHT
Okay, then it was like something out of the Wheel of Fortune -- missing the letter "F". Yet... there's no "F" in there. It's not Wheel of Fortune.
And yet it really seemed to fit with the context of DAY ONE, of the waste and desolation followed by a new light coming Forth.
But there's really no "F" in that phrase. I couldn't just put it in there.
Enter July 13th, and the images, video, and commentary. Everyone watching President Trump's forming that letter F, his face having the... bloodlines on it.
There it was, that missing letter F:
LET THE REBEL FIGHT
He's one man, but speaks for and represents the many who rebel against tyranny. It's in their nature; it's in their bloodlines.
No need to make stuff up. You *can't* make this stuff up. That letter was just lagging behind a day, waiting for a ride.
