Judge dismisses classified documents indictment against Donald Trump.
The federal judge overseeing the classified documents charges against former president Donald Trump has dismissed the indictment on the grounds that special counsel Jack Smith was improperly appointed, according to a new court filing Monday.
U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon’s ruling is a remarkable win for Trump, whose lawyers have thrown longshot argument after longshot argument to dismiss the case. Other courts have rejected similar arguments to the one that he made in Florida about Smith’s unlawful appointment.

I love the BHOTR. It ought to be played each time we hand the Democrat party a stinging loss.
As you point out, the Washington Post is absolutely incapable of plain reporting. Instead their attempts at journalism are tainted, spoiled and corrupted by editorializing and propagandizing within their news article. What should be left to their editorial page instead becomes the Fake News that is killing their media.
If President Trump is never sentenced I hope he sues anyone that went on the CIA controlled mockingbird media and libeled him as a convicted felon.
I guarantee you that this morning Trumps layers will make the same motion to dismiss in the D.C. trial.

Probably not, but that may simply put Jack Smith before the Supreme Court for yet another beat down.
I’m seeing a lot of leftwingers praying about this too, hahah. They know they’re screwed more than ever.
