What I would like to know is how much time elapsed between the first sightings of the shooter and when it was relayed to law enforcement? Why wasn’t it reported to Secret Service immediately when the first person reported it to law enforcement? Wasn’t there any coordination?
The BBC eyewitness said he tried for 2 or three minutes to get the attention of Agents. Other eyewitnesses did the same.
