Shots rang out at a rally for former President Donald Trump on Saturday, sending the Republican presidential nominee and the crowd scrambling for cover.
Trump, with blood dripping down the side of his face, was whisked away by the Secret Service. Trump’s campaign says he is “fine” after being whisked off the stage in Butler, Pennsylvania, after the apparent assassination attempt.
Trump was treated at a local medical facility and has left the Butler area, according to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro.

This was not an "apparent" assassination attempt, the gunman almost accomplish the kill.
We can refer to President Trump as "former" President Trump, as long as we are consistent - e.g. "former President Obama" or "former President Carter".
Maybe the DMN can hide behind the AP News headline, and blame them, but not the next day after this happens.
Two people are dead, and the President was a straws' width from becoming the third person shot.
If you ever wondered where the DMN stands on the issues, wonder no more.

The shooter was a registered Republican, he registered two weeks ago. He posted a video of his hate for Trump and Republicans, but it was pulled from the public. He donated to Democrats. His father is a Mental Health professional. He was a loner in school.
A local SWAT personnel had the shooter in sight for more than three minutes but the SS waited to give the ok to fire on him. The shooter had already started to fire when the SWAT team member was given the ok to return fire.
Congressional Democrats had previously summitted a Bill to remove Trumps Secret detail. The head of the Secret Service placed people with the fewest experience to Trump.
Biden said he wanted a Bullseye placed on Trump. Many in the media have suggested Trump should be taken down at any cost. These same people covered for Biden and his mental state of mind. Many have said Trump was evil, Hitler, and his followers were and are the same.
Now these same folks, Biden, Democrats, and the media are blaming Trump and MAGA people for the shooting. Some are even upset that the shooter missed.
Hate is a cruel mistress.
Not that we're trying to congeal the narrative or anything. (ahem!)
At this point trust nothing from any MSM outlet. Not one has referenced Traitor Joe’s bullseye reference or the SS taking out the shooter within seconds meaning they knew he was there. They waited until he took the shot then they silenced him.
I can’t imagine being so inept at your job that the current non-explanation of your failure is all you’ve got.

It wasn’t conducted by a “bullied” “loner” as the FBI always labels their assets. They want me to believe that this shooter gained access to the park, carrying a rifle, climbed a building without anyone noticing, got into a prone shooting position, and had time enough to set up his shots, firing 9 minutes into the President’s rally, and he didn’t have help? I might have been born at night, but it wasn’t last night.
I guess it’s been at least a year that I’ve noticed that the Caller-Times often has the exact same headlines as the Austin American-Statesman.
Obviously they are owned & operated by the same people.

This is all I need to know
before trump even hit the ground the audible on the video said shooter is down, so they had him in thier sites waited for him to get off some shots and then killed the evidence, seconds seconds.

One, the instant the armed man was seen, Trump should have been removed from the podium. You see one, all you know is that something is afoot. There might be more than one shooter out there...one you HAVEN’T seen.
Two, it hasn’t been a LE sniper SOP to “ask permission” or “green light” since that SEAT TV show in the 70s. If the sniper sees the armed threat, they engage independently. The only exception is a static situation like a standoff or something where you have negotiators etc. And the rule isn’t even ironclad there. They are still cops with all the standard deadly force rules in effect. No cop calls for permission.
If they did this it is a reflection on that department and SS being DECADES behind the times. Combine it with leaving Trump on stage when they knew a man with a rifle was under observation, and it’s nefarious.
The rifle shots-— never “RANG” out. What idiocy and a stupid uneducated expression. The pellet guns on a fairground stand shooting at metal targets-— those ring.
A very irritating and near continual use of this phrase. A 308 does not ring. Especially when suppressed.
