There was, you can see it on the video when the Secret Service stand him back up. Blood either on the top of his right ear or on the head just over it, and two smears down his face on the right side. You can see it clearly because when he stood up he started fist-pumping to the crowd and the SS were waving their hands around trying to block any potential shooting line to his head but DJT would have none of it. He made sure the crowd saw he was OK and pissed and fist-pumping like a boss before they got him out of there.
