If that is true - then agents watched him shoot Trump and then took him out after the shots.
Have you seen the BBC interview of a man stating he saw the shooter two minutes before the shots - he tried and tried to get Secret Service attention. They ignored him. They did nothing though the eyewitness pointing again and again.
So. If the Secret Service killed the shooter immediately - they watched him do it.

A second eyewitness is now reporting he tried to tell security there was a shooter on the roof.
Authorities did nothing.
Add in Trumps security team asking for more assistance from the regime and getting nothing and you have some serious questions to be asked.
