CBS New keep saying this was a colossal Secret Service failure. They’re right, but what a strange comment to make.It's not odd at all. How the hell did a .22lr rifle make it into the assembled crowd?
I suggest the Secret Service erect a transparent bullet-resistant shield around MY PRESIDENT from now on.
