Senator Richard Russell was the only member of the Warren Commission to go to Dallas and examine Dealy Plaza and the 6th floor of building. He wrote a 32 page dissent of the Warren Commission findings and did not think Oswald could have possibly pulled that off.

The Warren Commission did just what the FBI and Poppy Bush of the CIA told them to say.

Have you been to Dealey Plaza?   I have, and standing on the sidewalk where the motorcade passed, it seemed as if I could reach up and touch the School Book Depository window where Oswald took the shot.   Of course he did it alone.   Anybody with a Military Marksmanship Medal could have done it.   The limousine heading downhill to the underpass would look like a natural bullseye on President Kennedy's head.

After the years of hype and conjecture, I was actually shocked and immediately thought, this is it?   It was a big nothing burger.   A turncoat that went to the USSR and was rejected by the Commies, came back to assassinate JFK to make the Soviets respect him.   Case closed.
