The Secret Service, of course, reports to the White House, and its leader (and maybe some other high level staff) are APPOINTED by the President (I believe).

So, was Trump INTENTIONALLY denied the level of protection that is normally afforded to prospective nominees, at this point in the campaign season? If not, that person should face charges.
