Can they be “charged with a crime” from what the Constitution reads?

I’m being serious. I really don’t know the answer.

They can be charged by:

โ€œIllegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, makes it unlawful for a non-citizen to vote in federal elections. Violation of this law can result in a fine, one year in prison, or both.โ€

Biden would be a special case because he swore to obey & protect the Constitution which clearly states it is illegal for a noncitizen to vote.

Not only did he violate his oath, he is actually subverting the Constitution. The same should hold true for the Senators & Congressmen/women who vote against the Safe Act, for they too have been administered the oath..

But I'm not a lawyer, so I am speaking without real legal knowledge, but rather what should be the legal consequences as I see it as a citizen.

Hopefully a legal scholar will give you the legal answer. ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘

I would like to know myself.
