WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – A US Navy sailor made several attempts to access the system with President Joe Biden’s medical records, CBS News reported on Tuesday, citing the Navy.
The sailor, whose name the authorities did not disclose, tried to access the Genesis Medical Health System — the database for the military medical system — three times on Feb. 23. However, the White House official, as quoted by the report, assured that "he did not pull up the right Joe Biden."
The Navy launched an investigation three days later, and on April 24, it was determined that the sailor could not reach Biden’s records. The White House officials underscored that the President was notified about the incident within hours after it became known.
The sailor works for the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command based at Fort Belvoir. He received an administrative penalty, according to the report.

Biden’s physical and mental health status is a national security secret—need to know—special access.
Ya gotta love “our democracy”.
Lol.
If you attempt to gain access to the truth regarding people running government, you will be found and likely thrown in a cage.
ELECTION INTERFERENCE-—THROWN INTO OUR FACES

Right?
Meanwhile back at the ranch in 2018, everyone and their grandmother in the federal bureaucracy was leaking things about Trump to the NYT and Washington Post, and it was all for a good cause. heh
He’s dangling for the yardarm now.
Administrative penalty. Article 15?
Reality Winner, yes that was the name.
It falls under Protected Health Information. And accessing someone else’s medical records without an appropriate reason carries severe penalties whether you are President, a Biden, or Joe the Plumber.
That sailor is lucky he wasn’t able to reach it.
In the Navy we call it Captain's Mast. Same thing. I'm actually surprised they didn't take it further than that. Still, that's the end of the sailor's career.
Not necessarily. When I was a company commander I had a PFC (E3) who was a good kid and more importantly a good soldier. He f'ed up on duty one night and rolled a patrol vehicle into the MP station having disregarded my policy on chock blocks. I read him his Article 15 and my First Sergeant took off his PFC rank and pinned on this mosquito wings (E2). After he left the office I stuck the file in my desk drawer, where it stayed 'til he outprocessed.
He never did figure out why his pay hadn't been reduced, and when he was sent back to the states I called him onto my office and tore up the Article 15 in front of him. He had taken his punishment like a man and the rest of the Army was none the wiser.

The mandatory vaxx fascists destroyed any pretense of “protected health information”.
All democrats suffer mental illnesses.
During my first enlistment, I survive a couple NJPs myself. I was definitely lacking discipline, and the Navy helped me find it. That was another era. Today’s Navy is essentially “zero defect”, and in most cases an NJP means you probably won’t be able to reenlist when the time comes. We are kicking out perfectly good men over errors that in the past they could recover from. For some, like me, NJP was exactly what I needed.
An NJP like this one, where the CO was likely called on the carpet himself, usually don’t end well for the sailor. With this case reported all the way to POTUS, no one is going to brush anything under the rug...
Wonder if anyone is going after the Biden’s China money trail.
Joey wants to know he can’t remember where it is recall when he asked where’s the money?.
Search “Pedo Pete” or “Robert L Peters” next time if you want the right Joe Biden.
If it were Trump’s medical records, half of DHS and FBI would have provided it to this sailor, and the NY Times, free of charge.
