Yeah, that's Kamala talking. Reminds me of the 2000 movie "Bedazzled" when Elliot Richards is transformed by the devil into a basketball champ, who can't string together any words into coherent speech. And he had a tiny wee-wee. Kamala Harris is just like that, except she can't play basketball but might be good at other physical sports with her heels up in the air.
