About a week ago, I was in Costco and saw those rotisserie chickens for $5. We changed our dinner plans that night. It fed me and my husband 3 times. First night was chicken with rice and gravy and broccoli. Two days later it was shredded chicken on a salad loaded with other yummy fixings. The third meal we used it in chicken quesadillas. That was a helluva deal. Next time I go to Costco, I’m going to do that again.
I went to Walmart last week and noticed their roast chicken was actually cheaper than their whole raw chickens! So I bought two! Just finished the last one up.
