It comes out the same either way....SLOW & LOW makes great PULL APART pork sandwiches, after main meal.
I use a LONG Meat FORK to test if it is done-—along with the status of the BONE-—only ONE. When that bone is loose, it gets pulled & put into sink to cool for the dog. HE is under my feet by that time.
I use Lawry’s salt—garlic salt—celery salt—DRY ONION BITS—and water to about 1 inch from the top. Makes great gravy.
I didn’t know that. I always thought it had to be thawed out. Very interesting.
