Stephen King thinks Joe Biden has been a fine president. He also thinks Joe Biden is senile and should not run for president again. At what point in time does Stephen King think Joe Biden stopped being a fine president and started being senile? If he did a fine job as president while being senile, why not just continue to back Joe Biden?
