I guess Democrats could impeach him and then remove him in the Senate. Other than that I don’t think Nancy really has the ability to do anything other than flap her lips

A president can quickly (and temporarily) be removed by the 25A. But impeachment is actually an easier way to remove a president permanently.

Impeachment requires a “crime” of some sort. But the House has full power to define that crime. Benjamin Franklin once remarked that a president could be impeached just for being rude.
