The Raizels were in the restaurant but were not customers. The owner allegedly told them he "does not welcome people from your country." The initiating event may have been a request to leave because they were non-customers.
The owner seems to have an issue with Israel, and what the Israeli government is doing with respect to Palestinians.
Additional alleged remarks presumably followed something expressed by the Raizels who choose not to share whatever they may have said.
It is common that if one makes a negative comment about Israel, or the Israeli government, the MOT immediately claim anti-semitism or hatred of Jews. When Israeli Jews comment negatively about the Israeli government, or policies of the government, that is different.
It should be noted that identifying all muslims as animals, or advocating for the slaughter of all muslims, is apparently acceptable for some advocates for all things Israel.
