Meet the New Boss!
Same as the Old Boss!..............................
To: Red Badger
Between today’s Tories and the Labour Party, Labour is the slightly less lefty choice.

But Reform made some very important gains. This Labour victory is likely to be a mile wide and an inch deep.

A UK man was arrested for carrying a toy sword- the left are such rational people! /s (course in our nation a boy was arrested for chewing a pop tart into a vague l shape that “resembled a gun”, but it must be pointed out that it was loonies leftie policy that caused that!)

The Tories are the UK equivalent to our RINOs, totally worthless.

Yes.
Farage is taking a few formidable pals with him
4 seats only but they will make an impact.
You’ll see.,
A foot in the door.

That is an important note. The only reason Labour has such a large majority was due to a divided opposition. The new Tory leader (hopefully Kemi Badenoch) is going to have to work to win back Reform voters and present an alternate vision to the weak one promoted by Rishi Sunak, and the coming crapfest under Sir Kier Starmer and Labour.

The combined popular vote of Reform + Conservatives was 38% versus 34% for Labour. Turnout was the lowest in history.

British voters didn't "turn left." Feckless Conservative Party leadership demoralized both their own base and the overall electorate, and split the anti-Labour vote. You'd have to be blind not to see this.
To: Salman
Yes, voting Labour instead of Conservative was not a “turn to the left.” The names don’t mean anything and haven’t for a long time.

Ah, I didn’t read the story- but yeah- arrested for a blade. Not someplace I’d want to move to

It seems the UK’s have too many ministers.
650 MP’s to govern a population of 66 million.
To: Red Badger
Have some friends who left the UK due to to much socialism ask any who left it’s usually for the same reason.

Starmer's "woke-ism" will spread further - obvious the Brits are ready for it. No surprise he'll institute every socialist program etc. he can get away with....for the good of the collective!
