I suspect Joe is so unaware that he simply does what his present handler, whoever that is, tells him to do.

But as the party's rules stand now...

In other words, nothing can be done to replace Biden against his will, until DNC skullduggery kicks in...their speciality.

He will...BECAUSE Kamala is not the best heir to the throne...and Newsome would be a much better choice. No one likes Kamala...notice she’s always alone...cuz she’s a jerk.

There can be little doubt that the Obama machine has the Biden family by the short hairs. There’s not a member of that family that doesn’t fear for its life. And the machine’s own members needs to prevail to prevent the law from being turned against them.

We can expect a very turbulent year. Even if you’ve never prayed for a miracle, or simply for a respite, this is the time to do it regularly.

Or. Framing the narrative that brandon can’t be prosecuted?

**********

After the oath, the Justice Department has long maintained that it will not prosecute a sitting president.

"... if he voluntarily chooses to step aside after the Aug. 22 conclusion of the convention"

That's a long time acoming. The speed with which Flatlinejoe's mental capacity is declining, by then there may be little he can do voluntarily.

Even today it's doubtful Dementiajoe can crap voluntarily.

DNC’s alternative.

Biden: I know it’s a nicer view of the ocean out here but this plank is sort of shaky even with my special spongey shoes.

I heard an interesting ‘scenario’ last night that would probably work on ol’ stubborn FJB & Lady Jill MacBeth:

The tweet from Obama ‘supporting’ FJB was disingenuous at best. Behind the scenes, he could go to the cabinet members & get their votes for a 25th Amendment play ... Kamala would agree, of course. Once the Cabinet members/Kamala are lined up, go to FJB/Jill/Hunter & tell them the 25th is ready to be triggered ... it won’t be if FJB agrees not to run/steps down as the candidate if already nominated. FJB would be allowed to do this gracefully, otherwise he’ll be removed from the presidency (not allowed to finish his term) in a manner that won’t be flattering & would be a negative to his ‘legacy’, etc. It’s an arm-twisting maneuver & I think it would have a good chance of succeeding. Obama is NOT FJB’s friend, nor does he care one with about him. With down ballot seats in Congress at risk, FJB would be a very damaging candidate for the Dementiacrats.

Kash Patel was in on this discussion (not his idea) & from his reaction, he thought it was a pretty good idea, if conniving.

If he isn’t being shielded from all of this, a person of his age and infirmity won’t hold up to the pressure and nature will intervene and elevate Harris to president.

*DNC Jamie Harrison would name a new nominee, in consultation with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.,Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., and Democratic Governors Association Chair Tim Walz of Minnesota. Their choice would be presented to DNC members — a group of party leaders much smaller and more elite than the delegates to the convention — for ratification or rejection.*

Sounds like super delegates.

Again the Dim party shows how undemocratic they are. Ruled by an elite few, and gaslighting the fools into thinking they care about them.

I can guess how this process has been gamed. First, Dementia Joe must resign - it's sine qua non because there really isn't time for any 25th Amendment machinations. Harris takes the Presidency. Biden's delegates to the convention are freed. That leaves only 37 delegates committed to other than Biden at the moment, none of which are committed to anyone specific. It's the open convention that has been talked about.

Harris may be heir to Biden's campaign chest but not to his delegates, hence not to the nomination. There are, of course, other delegates who were not elected in any primary or caucus - these are peculiar to the Democrat party and are termed superdelegates. They are already named; they're the movers and shakers referred to in the article. They are normally 15% of the overall votes. Last year's rules committee attempted to paper over the obvious disproportion in power by ruling that the superdelegates can't vote on the first ballot, a ruling that the DNC can change at the snap of their fingers and no doubt will. Effectively they will name whatever candidate they choose.

It may not be Harris, but the office of her Vice President will not be insignificant, whoever is named (and approved in the Senate) to fill it - that can either be a stepping stone to the nomination or a consolation prize for whoever isn't chosen, a chit for later use within the party. It's more than a mere formality. These are the levers currently being shifted within the Democrat party.

I'm only speculating, naturally. Could be the three-headed alien really in charge of the party will beam down a candidate for us and end the controversy.
