Yay! You really ARE a genius! That’s an awesome score. It must have been a lovely place to live back then. Now? Not so much.
It was great back then. And it was just after the Bicentennial, so a lot of the Center City area had undergone updates. The infrastructure was in good shape and it was pretty, lively and a fun place for young people just newly out on their own.
I wouldn’t go near there now. The last time I visited was in the early 90s.
