“Lock him up! Lock him up!”
I’ll believe it when I see it. Jim Trey Gowdy Jordan is a big talker.
The hustle?
And ?
Garland is unfit for anything except jail.
Insert “Well, we’re waiting...” meme here.
Ok, let’s say Congress finds Garland in contempt— THEN WHAT?
Is he going to jail like Peter Navarro or Steve Bannon?
What punitive powers does Congress have and who’s going to execute any punishment?
wednesday?
Maybe so, but he is a better rassler.
‘Bout TIME
And then what?
The DOJ doesn’t seem to have a problem with members of FJB’s administration defying congressional subpoenas or administration officials (including FJB himself) defying SCOTUS rulings . . .
They will fine him a 10,000 dollars per day fine (which somehow the taxpayers will pay), he will continue to withhold the Biden audio recording, and will continue to be free and able to persecute Trump. Bannon will remain in prison.
“in contempt of Congress over his refusal to provide President Joe Biden with requested documents.”
How does that make any sense? Why Joe Biden?
The USA has a long road ahead to get to a majority of actual Representatives.
yeah, I saw that too. My first reaction was ‘its only Tuesday’. But I think what the writer was trying to say is the House will bring it up for vote tomorrow.
Good? or Free beer tomorrow? We will see tomorrow.
It doesn’t make sense. They probably mean to Jim Jordan’s committee.

Garland has already been found in contempt, and the DOJ has refused to prosecute. There is a rare method however called inherent contempt that hasn’t been used in a century, which my understanding is the House itself can vote to find him guilty and order the Sargent at Arms to arrest him directly on the House floor and hold him until he complies.
Jordan is full thit...
