Tapper is right in saying that all of these concerns about Biden’s mental state could be immediately put to rest if Biden were to hold a 2 hour press conference and answer any and all questions. (No pre-screened questioners or questions).

Biden will not because it is obvious that he can’t engage in anything unscripted without looking feeble, weak and confused.
