The trial is null and void based on this reason alone. As well as for a few dozen other reasons. But if the jury was shown even one thing that was covered under immunity then the trial has to legally be thrown out.

All this says is that Bragg would not be opposed to a delay.

The ultimate decision resides with the court, which as you know, has not been receptive to any defense requests/objections.

It’s Merchan’s only chance to keep his spot on the bench and, as I believe, all according to plan.

Imho he has violated the canons of jurisprudence and ethics both, and a 12-year-old could easily make the case for impeaching him.

If the case is thrown out, it’s doubtful anything would ever come of it.
