Oh, good Heavens! The people making those rules are idiots! Have they never talked to anybody about how to keep dementia patients safe? That is so ridiculous!
It’s not just the Dementia patients kept safe - it’s keeping other patients safe too - from the violent dementia patients, and or their care takers.
