I actually think Biden knew what questions would be asked. They would ask him a question and he would hesitate, look down with his eyes partially closed as if trying to remember the answer to the question that he was supposed to know. If he could not remember he would then answer as best he could and screw up sentences, facts, grammar and syntax. He is a mental mess.
Between now and inauguration day is a very dangerous time for the United States. Biden, if the military obeys, can start a nuclear war. There are no winners in that war!

Congressmen have no authority to need immunity. But yes, immunity for official acts is pretty typical. Even police have it.

The real downside to the ruling is that Biden will not be as liable to prosecution, and of course it seems to take off the table prosecution of Obama for killing Americans in drone strikes without Constitutionally required due process. If Biden weren’t so eager to propagandize and fearmonger, he’d be celebrating this decision for how much it protects him and his side.
Oh, nose! That means they can pull out a revolver and say, “on behalf of the House Judiciary Committee, be it hereby resolved that the Speaker of the House must die,” and shoot him! And they’d be immune!/sarc
Outrageous. Besides attacking SCOTUS, why isn’t this direct involvement in an ongoing legal case against President Trump? In the military, it is called command influence. Biden is calling for Trump, his political opponent, to be tried and convicted before the election. The DOJ and AG Garland work for him. Where is the GOP?
Agree. The Trump team should immediately request a dismissal of the case due to command influence. Biden is directly involved in an ongoing legal case brought by his DOJ. Outrageous.
