Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas has questioned the legitimacy of Jack Smith's appointment as special counsel as the Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump is partially immune from prosecution for actions taken while he was in the White House.
In a 6-3 ruling, the justices returned Trump's case to the trial court to determine what is left of special counsel Jack Smith's indictment of Trump.

Thanks
Well, either racists or trolls
Not one word in the Newsweek article mentioned race or disparaged Justice Thomas.
Yet, look at the responses here:
"Gawd, the modern liberal democrat media have more hate against a black man, than jim crow."
Another commment removed.
“Magic Negro”
Gotta love the noose...plantation escapees
Maybe sarcasim or whatever, but those comments drip of racism. They are wrong, disrespectful, and color-blind people wouldn't be making them. Very inappropriate. They reflect poorly on the writers and in turn on FR.
He can return to the World Court, and never be allowed back into the US again, on promise of 25 years in the J6 hole.
Thanks for the ping! things are getting exciting...
It’s interesting that after Clarence Thomas’s confirmation hearings many years ago, he and Biden in top news stories today. Biden is a sleazy leftist politician, but in those hearings he may have helped Thomas by casting doubt on Anita Hill’s accusations against him.
things are moving fast through here.
lawfare is taking a big hit today & more pain to come.
I read a few of the comments at the end of the article. It is truly amazing. After the debate, these fools still love Joe Biden as a “great president.”
Talk about mindless, brainwashed clapping seals.
Evil?
I was thinking more:
No, so many I just read up on the posts here.
You’re dumb as a fence post Janet Reno
Funny. What part of my comment do you specifically disagree with? Do you want to throw out insults or participate in a conversation?
You’re accusing people of something they didn’t do (racism) because you’re too stupid to understand the meaning of their posts
No, I stand by that those comments were racist, they were not from the article, they came from the writers. Maybe, as one writer suggested, it was meant in jest, but that doesn’t work. People who are not racist don’t use, speak, or joke in such language.
You simply don’t understand what the posters are saying plain and simple.
Magic Negro - was Obama and the libtards worshipped him
Turns out the *real* Magic Negro is Clarence Thomas.
You’re too stupid to understand the meaning being things like this so instead you label it as racists when in fact it’s just the OPPOSITE
Dumb as a fence post
I want to see Jack in prison. This has all gone too far.
