On Saturday, we reported that Joe Biden was planning to discuss the future of his re-election campaign with his family on Sunday during a previously scheduled family gathering at Camp David. While many in the Democratic Party appear ready to pull the plug on Biden, the Biden campaign has been somewhat defiant, insisting that the octogenarian isn't going anywhere.
But, according to pundit and author Bill O'Reilly, a decision has been made, and Biden is going to quit his campaign.
So, it's over for Joe. But the White House doesn't yet know how or when to make the announcement. Stay close. (2/2)

Is this report trustworthy? Well, to be honest, I have my doubts. For one thing, there's no indication that O'Reilly is basing this on any inside source. This reads like a very bold prediction being passed off as inside information.
If it were based on sources, other outlets would be reporting this as well, and so far, I've been unable to find any reports from other outlets indicating that such a decision has been made.
Does that mean O'Reilly is wrong? No.
For one thing, major donors do appear to be closing their checkbooks... for now.

You make the mistake of imagining politics of old.
None of that crap means anything when Independents are now the overwhelming plurality, AND GROWING. Dems and GOP are small fringe parties.
Trump will have his RNC take a hatchet to all the consultant contracts of the GOP Swamp, and very possibly the magnitude of the loss will force the same on the DNC.
There are no policies. There is only Swamp Filth and $36T in debt.

That’s what people are talking about.
But it makes no sense.
He’s incapacitated or he isn’t.
If he can’t run he can’t be president.
It would not surprise me to one day read that Jill Biden has maintained at least one long relationship with a Boy Toy during Joe’s time as president. Jill thinks she deserves everything she wants, and when she wants it.
I can see it now. Someone will get a giant image of Fort Marcy Park, place it on a flatbed, and drive it around and around wherever SloJo, Jilly, Hunter et al are. Camp David, the White House, Delaware, wherever. SloJo will think it is a golf course, and the rest of the Biden Crime
Syndicate will get the message.
It's been said before that Democrats treat their voters (and Republicans) like abused spouses who think that's what affection looks like. Another analogy is that their voters have become victims of the Stockholm Syndrome who begin sympathizing with their captors.
It doesn't hurt to try to wake them up by confronting them with the stark facts now and then, especially the "independents" who are either too weak or too unmotivated or to uninformed to pick a side.
We'll see how the polling of independents changes in the next few weeks. It's already starting to move.

I’ve also read where the campaign funds have to stay with the person (Biden/Harris). I wonder if Harris stays as VP (or President!?) she can keep the funds?
I guess regardless of who is the candidate, and how much money they have, will it still be enough money to pay off whoever does the 3 am ballot counts? Although I imagine they don’t need to be paid off (in cash) anyway. As long as they stay in power.
I wonder if Kamala had to pinky swear to pardon all Bidens.
That is the primary duty of the VP, make him unprosecutable by issuing pardons like candy and then retire.
They are bringing in the body double to sign orders no more talking from Joe probably.
If they pay the taxes they can keep at least some of the funds. But they can’t be transferred to another set of candidates. If Biden quits, Hairass becomes the nominee. She picks a Veep. Otherwise I think the Demonrats are broke.
Can I hope that there is a big intra-party fight first? Do you think Bill might know?

Joe has them right where he wants them. He’ll let them squirm long enough to wring every penny out of the situation.

I look at that statement from O’Reilly the same way I would if it were coming from a psychic. If he gets it right he’ll crow and people will remember. If he gets it wrong it will be forgotten.

they are stuck with Biden, for 3 reasons 1) Follow the $s , 2) Stuck with him on states 3) no one else is a sure win
1) $s They can’t legally move all the campaign money (about $200 million) from Biden to anyone other than Harris-her name being on the tix-not that Dems don’t get away with illegal activities
