The bill now goes to the Senate, where Mike Lee and Ron Johnson are going to sponsor it.
It just might pass there with folks like Manchin and maybe vulnerable Dems like Tester in MT, if they vote for it.
Biden has already said he will veto it.
But then, he may be gone by Monday!
