I had veggie broth for first time ever my hernia surgery hospital stay. I loved it. I was on clear liquid diet for week. I don’t do soft drinks and juices are are full of two much sugar and additives. I basically did herb tea and veggie broth
You are very welcome for NNN. I am SLOWLY getting better. Very slowly. I have been drinking just broth until yesterday when I added vanilla ice cream. The coolness of the ice cream is so soothing and who can deny the healthiness of cream and eggs? I need the protein of the eggs.
