In reflection, historically, the amount of monumental events that have occurred over these past 26 years boggles the mind, and who knows where a person would be and in what state of mind, without the camaraderie of the Free Republic community.

Yes there has been many monunental events. It sounds like you were able to attend many of the freeper events. I was only able to live most of them through the freeper threads. I did attend a Stop the Steal Rally here locally when they kept counting and counting the chads.
