I don't believe JOE gave the speech last night...
IMO, BIDEN was 'persuaded' not to run for President during the time he went 'missing'. Time was needed for the bruise on his jaw to heal, then they slapped on pancake makeup and sat him in front of the fake White House screen to give his speech. The family photos were taken then.

Congress holding a bipartisan vote to condemn the Biden administrations handling of the border instead of passing legislation to fix the problem is just the perfect example of what Congress thinks their job is and how terrible they are at their actual jobs.
They will get a lot of likes and retweets that’s fun. They can go on TV and talk about it a bunch, they love that. As for anything at all to help the country or solve the problem? Not their jobs apparently
