Look at her during the Obama years, she spent as much time away from DC as she could.Nobody spent more time away from DC than Biden. The precedent has been set. She can travel where she wants and the current team runs things on her behalf.

Well, Biden just spent 40% of his term on vacation, besides working 3 hours a day. Job doesn’t look too hard. Plus, media will ignore him, except to write glowing articles of anything Big Mike does.
