Um, why?
He didn’t do anything wrong. Nancy Pelosi did, and countless others in the federal bureaucracy. The Supreme Court just said that the DoJ misused a federal law to unjustly try and imprison people. When do the federal prosecutors do even an hour in a cell for that? Why should Bannon and Navarro go away?
If they were Democrats they would have twisted, spun, evaded, dissembled, lied and scurried like Rats to get out of it. But our side is just supposed to dutifully shuffle to the gallows?
No he shouldn’t be serving even a moment and neither should Peter Navarro. They both followed the President’s directive of executive privilege.
If the Feds applied the law equally and fairly to everyone, including RATS, that would be the case, but they don't. I just hope when this is over, he can sue the those individuals who used the power of their office to arbitrarily, and inconsistently apply the law, and only went after their political opponents, specifically those that support President Trump.
