It is my understanding that as soon as the sentence is handed down, President Trump can expidite an appeal to the SC. Is this correct?

Besides, the Feds will take note of every person who writes a letter to Bannon or sends a package, because they will likely open each one, and read them all before handing them over to him...if they don’t throw most of them away.
If the Feds applied the law equally and fairly to everyone, including RATS, that would be the case, but they don't. I just hope when this is over, he can sue the those individuals who used the power of their office to arbitrarily, and inconsistently apply the law, and only went after their political opponents, specifically those that support President Trump.

My understanding is Trump can appeal to the Supreme court with a writ of Habeas Corpus were he to be sentenced to prison. They may not take it up. I really don’t know though so don’t go by me.
The court goes on three-month hiatus on July 1, when the justices go out and give speeches and write books.
