Yet multiple federal judges sentenced defendant to prison based on the Biden DoJ’s “novel” interpretation. ppellate courts upheld the ridiculous convictions while people rotted in jail, paid fines, and were bankrupted by legal defense costs. When/how will these judges be held to account? They are immune from civil liability.

Will they footdrag the review of the cases affected by the decision to keep defenants in jail even longer, just to further abuse them?
