I see on X/Twitter that CNN is refuting this and I see no one else beyond this one writer that it will occur. Anyone else see any collaboration for a delay?

I haven’t seen it corroborated anywhere else, and I watch/read/listen to news all day.

(That said, I wouldn’t put it past CNN. And I wouldn’t put it past them to do it and deny it, either.)
