The train has left the station. He’s not backing out, nor should he. Not everybody sees it the way we do. If he quits, he loses 10 points IMO. He knew he’d get dirty tricks going in. He’s going to have to power through them.

Great negotiators are always willing to walk away from a bad deal. It’s pretty much Rule #1. Better to have no deal than be stuck with a bad one. Just sayin’.
I totally agree, backing out now would be an utter disaster. Right now they’re playing a game of chicken and they want Trump to swerve first.
