If Trump’s answers are less than the 1 minute or 2 minutes allotted (depending upon which applies), and it is clear that he is not finished talking, then EVERYONE will know it.
Regardless, Trump should most definitely have someone recording all of the debate, and should also have a press conference within no more than an hour of the end of this so-called “debate” to fully explain his answers without any partisan filters.
Why? What are they afraid of, some truth leaking out, perhaps?

I’m in the wrong time zone to stream it in real time. But this should be the last straw. He should refuse to go through with it. What next? He has to wear a chicken suit?

Trump should just use his opening statement time to point out how much CNN has rigged this debate in Biden’s favor and explain why he won’t participate in such a ridiculous sham. Then just walk off the set.

They really should impose a one-hour delay so they have maximum amount of time to edit Joe Biden’s gaffes and Deep Fake Trump saying outrageous things.
