The fact that they agreed to hear this case was a very bad sign. That snake Roberts has been looking to ‘fix” the Dodd decision. I would not be surprised if he was the leaker.
Almost any doctor would perform such a procedure if it was an emergency AND was required to protect the life of the mother, or at least give the mother a chance to make an informed decision. But we all know that it would become common knowledge that certain ERs would perform the procedures “no questions asked”.
I’m looking for my duct tape right now. I need to wrap it around my head so when my head does explode I’ll at least have the pieces of my skull to take to the ER and they may put it back together.
I dare not tell them why it exploded.
Then watch the ERs become flooded with people seeking abortions just like they are will illegals walking into the ER with a case of the sniffles.

Its Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett playing games again. This allows both the left to claim victory and the right to say, “Don’t worry, it was just a DIG (dismissed as improvidently granted).” Don’t be fooled. This and the standing decision in one of the other cases today are pure politics disguised as reasoned argument.

It would need to be a very elaborate hoax, since it was released by the Supreme Court Media Office and then retracted because the opinion hasn’t been properly rendered by the Court.
The idea that someone in the Supreme Court Media Office is capable of “punking” We the People is not, IMHO, absurd.
Don’t worry about it. Either America will have a nuclear war by provoking Russia into one, or superintelligent AI will decide we are spurious and kill all humanity.

Guess the left’s attack on the court did the job or maybe more threats and intimidation behind the scenes. Either way they caved to blatant government censorship.

Yep. And everything in ER is crazy expensive. Certain ERs will essentially become hugely profitable abortion mills. The prices will be astronomical, and insurance/medicare/medicaid will foot the bill.

Like I said, and it’s obvious, if the States cooked up charges against Biden, the SCOTUS would be holding an Emergency Session that night.
They can throw out their regular procedures just like the FBi and Comey did. They said they couldn’t speak on on-going cases, but waived that to attack Trump. Ask Jack Smith if they have to stand down before an Election.
Roberts Hates Trump, and is part of the Deep State. He ran the FISA Court when they were trying to imprison Trump.

The word “inadvertent” is wrong here, this was an on-purpose “leak” so “Joe” can use this to hammer Trump in the so-called “debate” tomorrow night. This is my guess.
